What is Innovation Coaching?

An innovation coach is a mentor who works with the audience individually or small group on a remote basis or can come into your organization. The focus of the coaching session is on person you coached - it could be the students, teachers, innovators or some groups you wanted to develop in innovation skills areas for a project. Coaching sessions are laser-focused on their needs. As an innovation coach, you will listen and provide with ongoing tools, resources, and support to help them fulfill their innovation and business goals.

Innovation coaching will provide you with long-term support over a specified period of time, whilst innovation trainers can build on your skills and provide you with new ways of thinking about your goals.  Although innovation coaching isn’t for every business, it can be incredibly helpful. This is especially if your audience need sustained support to improve practices across departments or projects in your organization. Whether you are a small business or a large corporation, every company can benefit enabling creativity and collaboration to grow at work.  

In this special program, Innovation Workshop for Coaches- Jurulatih Inovasi MARA, it is designed with innovation coaches in mind. Where you will learn how to support your students and audiences, as well as learning the innovation capability skills.

The main content covered here as you can see in the curriculum. You probably have some experiences in some parts of the content, no worries because our focus is for you to be able to integrate that experiences together with your other colleagues that probably have much less knowledge and experiences in that areas. The goal is all of us to co-create and develop a better ways to enhance our innovation paradigm. We want to explore further than what we already know so we can benefit our future generations, together.

To make this program interesting, we have combined our self made videos as well as publicly available videos (curated and carefully selected) . Innovation skills is such a wide and trending management tools, regionally and worldwide. It will be prolific and generative to combine it with some other content available.

The course is embedded with the latest technology of simple quizzes and survey checkpoints to develop your understanding and retain as much knowledge possible. Watching videos alone can be boring, therefore we made the videos shortest possible with golden nuggets as the filling. For you to qualify for the Online Certificate, you will need to complete the Assessments - all of them. There are meant to be learnable and achievable (wink wink!).
